All orders will be shipped as soon as payment has been received and will be shipped by regular Australian Post unless otherwise stated or requested. All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days after payment has been received.
Once orders have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for delivery time. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please email sales@studiomdesigns.com.au
We take every care in packaging your order to ensure that you will receive your order safely. Studio M desiGns will not be held responsible for orders that are not registered that get lost or damaged during transit.

All International orders will be charged actual shipping rates based on the weight, Dimension and destination of your order. Please email sales@studiomdesigns.com.au for a quote before checking out.

Returns & Refunds
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the quality and accuracy or your order.
All orders are packaged with maximum care to ensure that items are received in the best possible conditions. In doing so we are not responsible for any damage caused by Australia Post negligence and processes.
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returns must be authorized by Studio M desiGns before they are returned. Please email sales@studiomdesigns.com.au if you have any questions.

Projects are for your own recreational use only and are not to be taught in stores or other online classes and are not to be used for submitting to magazines for publication. They are not to be used in any way for personal gain or profit.
Shopping Cart
This website has a permanent cart feature. Once you have logged in everything you place in your shopping cart will be saved should you leave your computer or if it times out. If you choose not to log in, you will be considered a ‘guest’ to our website and consequently, if you are absent from your computer for a period of more than 15 minutes your cart will be lost as the system has no idea who to allocate the cart too. It is highly recommended that each time you visit the website to the shop that you log in and out to save your cart.
When you register as a Member to Studio M desiGns, you will create a username and a password. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You only need to set up an account once and then login to this account each time you shop.
It is not a requirement to register as a member to shop at this store; you can still place an order without having to register as a member.
Payments Can be made by Direct Depositm Visa, Mastercard or Pay Pal,
Paypal - accepts all major credit cards and direct debit.
eWay - Handles all the secure processing of onine payments for this store.
You can make payments via PayPal without needing a PayPal account to make one off payments.
Direct Deposit – Our bank details will be sent to you via email after placing your order, Goods will be shipped once the funds are received in our bank account. If funds are not received within 48 hours, your order may be subject to cancellation.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Due to the scanning process and your screen resolution, colours of products may vary slightly form the actual colours of the product.
Out of Stock Studio M desiGns online store makes every attempt to keep our webstore up to date with currently stocked items. If an item is out of stock at the time of processing, it will be removed from your order and you will be refunded for that product.
We do not keep back orders and any out of stock items will have to be reordered at a later date.
