Spend a wonderfully creative weekend exploring all four very different types of ink with mixed-media artist Michelle Grant.
This hands-on workshop series is designed to take the mystery out of inks. You’ll discover how each ink behaves, which surfaces and tools work best, and how to transform experimental marks into finished artwork.

IN EACH CLASS YOU WILL:
• Explore the unique properties of a different type of ink
• Create four A6 technique samples for your reference collection
• Learn techniques you can continue using at home
• Begin a larger A4 artwork if time permits
• Receive a class kit containing products and materials to take home
YOUR COMPLETE FOUR-CLASS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• All four three-hour workshops
• A separate take-home kit for each class
• A bonus A5 reference journal for storing your samples, notes and future discoveries

No previous ink or art experience is required. Each workshop includes demonstrations, printed references and individual guidance throughout.

Places are limited to 20 participants in each class.
Food and drinks are not included; however, a coffee shop is conveniently located nearby and will be open throughout the workshop weekend. There is a one-hour break between the morning and afternoon classes.
A detailed class-information file and bring list will be emailed after booking. Please ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
Please wear an apron or clothing that can safely become ink-stained.
One quantity equals one participant. If booking for two people, please select quantity 2 and add the extra name in the notes.
